Staples Print & Marketing Services

Store is great, clean and spacious. Printing center fluctuates in personal. One day you ask for 5 prints and theyre ready in two hours no matter how busy. The next day someone will tell you they wont be ready until 8:30 unless you pay for rush fees.

Don't go here for printing. Go to FedEx on Olive. Better service.

I bring a 1 star because its necessary to rank with a star. I cant understand how in a high volume store they dont have more staff working in the printing department. I was needing to print some reports in an specific paper that this staples have just 1 printer and they can do an outstanding customer service because short staff. It totally make sense their 3.8 stars reviews. So disappointing!

Came here to print a PDF, it looked correct on my PC and on the printer preview, but 3 out of 5 pages printed either sideways or too small. The employee said she would not troubleshoot the printer and made no attempt to figure out what went wrong or help me get a correct print. She didn't even look at the PDF or the printer settings, just told me the PDF must be wrong and she won't help me. At least she didn't charge me. I'm not coming here again.

I have generally had good experiences here for any purchases or ink recycling. However, I recently dropped off a FedEx package here and I would highly recommend going elsewhere when it comes to this. The line was long and very slow as the PA kale drip off is in the printing area. I didn't have to print but what I overheard sounded like there was only one working copier. I had a preprinted lable, so this should have been quick, at least once I got up to the counter. It was not. I waited several minutes while the staff member tried and failed to log in to the computer. He kept asking the other staff member (who was with a customer) what the login was, loudly saying the user name and password repeatedly, which doesn't really instill confidence in their security there. After what felt like an eternity, he said there was an issue with the system so he couldn't give me a receipt but it would still ship. Unfortunately I said ok, because with the preprinted lable, the store would be able to track it and i figured it would be fine. Big mistake. Now it's several weeks later and it seems the company never recieved the return, so I'm most likely going to be out the money from the return. Definitely learned my lesson and will not be going there for shipping again.
