I have worked with a few nutritionist in the past but Monica is by far the best. She took the time to listen to me and offered great ideas. She is so encouraging and truly cares about her patients and their well-being. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and great at what she does.

Monica really listens to you and helps set your serving sizes and types of foods.  She educates you on why this food would be better than others.  You get the best care and she really follows up with you.  She is very aware of vitamins and nutrients, and it helps you make the best choice of foods.  I highly recommend her.

I have met and been treated by many people in the medical field over my 70+ years of being alive. Of those many,  there are only a handful of medical personnel that I could truly say has changed or saved my life. Monica is one of those people. Not only is Monica medically sound but if she does not have an answer to your problem she will hunt it down. Her guidance is incredible along with being one of the nicest propyl know. She is responsible for guiding me through my weight loss journey and I am pleased to say I have lost over 153 lbs. I am doing things I have not done since in my 30-40's.
