      • The facilities are really bad. The worst elevator movement There is no free bottled water, the water in the bathroom is gurgling, and the hair dryer is dirty. No ventilation, no electric port, parking fee, $48 per night. Be sure to go somewhere else. Just because the TV is LG doesn't make up for it.

        The service experience in this hotel is a desaster. Never received any response to my emails and complaints. Breakfast buffet was discontinued for a couple of days without notice. The friendly frontoffice staff gave us a credit for parking as a compensation, which was appropriate. But when we returned home we found that a part of the invoice was double-charged to two credit cards. Again, never received a response from the hotel, had to reclaim the money via the card companies.
