I started with the trial for a month. It allowed me to see all the classes offered as well as get a vibe for the gym. Fitness First is a gym where I am encouraged to feel the strength I have and also motivated to keep growing and moving forward. I have felt so welcomed here by owners and staff. This is a place that encourages everyone whatever gym level you might be
