        Living at Amelia has been a nightmare. Problem after problem with manager, Ariana Torres Dont waste your time or your money not worth it you will regret it.

        Its been a nightmare living here we have lived for 3 and a half months with no hot water in the unit !! They are not dealing with it. Dont know what to do at this point. We have always been a homeowner!! Makes us want to move and own again.

        The property manager at this complex, Ariana is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and its always nice to run into her. Her happy spirit is contagious and weve always had a pleasant experience with her. Diego, the maintenance manager is friendly, positive energy and its also always nice to run into him. He is respectful and professional and weve also always had a pleasant experience with him. As one of the first families who leased, once apartments became available and after Ariana and Diego came on board with Amelia, improvements started flowing. Thank you Ariana and Diego for all that you do. Amelia is very lucky to have you both.
