I went in for my first facial with Kat and she was absolutely excellent! She uses clean products on the skin, has them for sale for a good price, and has a wide knowledge of skin types and what to do to correct issues. Affordable, quality facials are tough to find nowadays but Ill be making this part of my monthly routine from here on out. Thanks for an incredible facial, Kat!

Going to give the benefit of a doubt that it was just a really off day. I left in a hurry as I was disappointed and uncomfortable. She didn't leave the room for me to remove my underwear and get situated. Thankfully I was wearing a dress and could slip off my underwear. Otherwise I would have been more uncomfortable about undressing in front of her. She struggled a lot to get the wax off throughout the entire service, which wouldn't have been a problem- if she had removed all the wax at the end of the service. I got home and discovered quite a bit of wax still left on me all over. I wasn't given a mirror to check the work at the end of the service either. She again stayed in the room while I put my underwear back on, instead of giving me a moment. I've been waxed before, and I've never had someone stay in the room during the undressing/redressing. I felt bad I didn't leave a tip (as I always do with services such as these), but I'm still pulling pieces of wax off of me. If that was communicated at all that there was still wax on me she needed to remove, it would have been a different story. Left wondering if I was her first client.
