        I called to ask information. My plan listed them as in-network, but the lady I spoke with was rude and kept talking over me as I was trying to ask questions. I asked for the billing department and she said they are not allowed to take phone calls. And then I asked for the office manager and she said they were unavailable. This was on 11/13/23 at about 3:15pm

        Johnson Family Dental in Camarillo is the best! The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere! My family and I have been patients at Johnson Family Dental for many years. I recommend them for all your dental needs!

        Trust me!!! This place is scam and people work here are horribly dishonest and worst worst to resolve any issues. Because of miscommunication from one of their team members, i have to pay more out of pocket and their response was "We can't do anything" I can write more and more about my bad experience but just avoid this place at any cost. Is there anything below 1 star as rating?

        It had been 4 years since going to the dentist and it will be another 4 after going to see these folks. Being autistic is very hard and these folks DONT MAKE IT ANY EASIER. AVOID AVOID AVOID. One of the WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCES EVER. They didn't even clean my teeth! Left in more pain, and more confusion then when I came.
