        We've been here twice. Both times the front office staff have acted like we're a burden - they're unkind, have poor communication, and their billing department is inept. The dentists, however, are great. It's really too bad they have a crummy front staff.

        I went in for a regular cleaning expecting the normal zero co-pay through my insurance and after done was told I owed them $25. When I checked the receipt I saw they charged me (and my insurance) for a fluoride varnish. They did not inform me prior to doing it and since I havent had a cavity in decades I would have declined it. They also pressured me to have a crown on a bicuspid for $1,330. No other treatment options were offered other than a metal crown. I would not recommend this dental group.
