I have No Words to describe how amazing this lady is! She represented me several years ago and everything was seamless and easy!! I very recently lost my husband and talked with her, she offered to help me there too. I'm in a different area of CA so I cannot retain her, but she offered to help... spent like an hour on the phone detailing everything. Pretty rare to find someone who actually cares

My Grandparents and my Mother both used Theresa McConvilles law firm.I reached out to her about some questions about the Trust which my name was included in both  Trusts and Theresa wouldn't talk to me unless I paid her $450 an hour.Of course both Grandparents and mother past away so I had no one to ask.I live 3200 miles away .Theresa was very rude and didn't have a time of day to talk to me because I wasn't the executor of the estate.Its hard enough losing your family but even worse when you have to deal with lawyers like this.Well they received there money  thats all they care about.I wouldnt use this lawyer if it was the last one in practice.

Theresa is an excellent attorney and advisor. Theresa is patient, thoughtful, kind and informative. Trusts and wills are not the easiest things to discuss. A will or trust is only needed if you or a loved one has passed on. What if chess scenarios are thought through by Theresa because of her vast experience. Theresa is able to nutshell the issue when it may be hard to discuss or visualize. Theresa has done the trust and will for myself and my husband (who is another attorney). It is impossible for her to do a less than professional job. We have also recommended her to my best friend and her fiancé who is going through some will and trust issues because of an unexpected passing. I know for a fact they are very very happy with her personally and professionally.   I will recommend her always and I consider myself to be fortunate to be in her care.
