I would like to take a couple minutes to tell you about a program that I'm been on it Weightless health center, in the city of Camarillo. When I just joined, I met a lady by the name of Kathy she's helping me out so much. She stood by me. Through the program she told me that for my snacks I can have ice cream and I thought she was crazy because I'm diabetic but she was correct since I've been in the program my diabetes have lowered and just recently my doctor told me that it's going very good and keep up the good work. Since I've been on the program, I have felt so good about myself because I've always been a heavy person. Thank you so much Kathy

This program is different than anything Ive ever tried in the past. For the first time in a long time I have hope that its something that will be long lasting instead of losing and gaining back like usual. The office makes you feel comfortable and at home unlike the cold bland doctors offices you go to. The staff are very warm and supportive knowing its a vulnerable thing to be going in every week or every other week to help you with your body image. Kathy is very intelligent and really takes the time to make sure you get to your goals. She is genuine and passionate about what she does. She is constantly modifying your medication if needed and walking with you to make sure you are losing the weight and that its a lifestyle change. She causes you to become knowledgeable and mindful like never before. Im forever grateful that I found Kathy and her program because she is changing my life and giving me hope and joy in an area that I was about to give up on!!
