        I've been with T-Mobile so long it was literally just a table at the mall when I signed up. I don't usually go into the stores anymore but when I did this time, Sabrina was very friendly and helpful.

        Called this location to see of they had the phones in stock that I wanted to purchase, was put in hold by Jerry for over an hour, Tmobile and this store has lost my business, I would give them negative stars if they allowed it,

        Sabrina was very pleasant and helpful. I had a technical problem, explained it to her and handed her my phone. In literally less than three minutes, Voila! My problem was solved. Sabrina explained what had caused the problem and how to fix it myself if it happened again..
