Back when it was being run by the different management company I would've given this place five stars. they did a bunch of work for me, but now it's been being miss managed! Anyone looking to go to this place for any work you better be ready to wait with out communication and get charged way more than what it used to be. Literally six times more!I guess they Just need to make more money to smoke weed like they were doing a lunchtime in the front of the business when I arrived. It's sad because this place was doing good work.

FNG Precision Coatings is our go-to place for high temperature ceramic coatings. Their quality is excellent and consistent with great customer service to match. Highly recommended.

DO NOT TAKE your projects to this place. I read similar reviews of people saying the same thing happened to them. I dropped off items and was told it would be done within a few weeks. After a month passed I called to hear a status and nothing. I contacted back after a few weeks and no answer, nor calls back with the status. Keep in mind, Months passed and still no response and They never answer the phones, and At this point I wanted my stuff back and went to shop several times and no one was ever there. I finally get a response back I can pick them up.They told me they didn't touch them and couldn't get to it after having it for months. After I looked at my project I was furious. Seems they started it and had it sit with the humidity . As you can see in the pictures rust is all over my lower and upper. Luckily I took pictures of it when I dropped it off. The gun was not dropped off in this condition. They claimed they didn't touch but then said we put it in acetone. So first they said didn't touch it but after the I sent them them the pictures they said they put it in acetone. No sense of what they did or anything. And left it and let rust accumulate. They offered to fix it but after dealing with them, they lost credibility to me and after months of no response there was no way I wanted to deal with them again. I requested to be reimbursed for my damages for another shop to remove the rust from my gun and they declined. Not the same as when Sawyer owned it; Sawyer's company did amazing work.  I dropped off a project and talked with Moses on 5/19/22.  He said it would take a couple of weeks and that he would email me with a quote.  Never received an email.  I texted him back on 6/1/22 asking about it, no reply.  I called on 6/2/22, no answer.  I called on 6/13/22, no answer.  I also texted him 6/13/22 and he replied that he was "really busy but it looks like I'll be done with with this big job I've been working on I have you set for Tuesday to finish it" (depending on which Tuesday he was talking about that would be either 6/14 or 6/21).  I texted him again 6/24/22, no reply.  I texted again 7/6/22, no reply.  I texted again 7/26/22, no reply.  I called on 7/29/22, no answer.  I called on 8/1/22, no answer.  I showed up at the shop on 8/10/22 and asked for my parts back as nothing had been done with them.  When you promise a customer a two-week job and then essentially ghost them for three months you can't be surprised with a negative review.
