Mountain View Tire & Auto Service

Manager Michael Villegas is extremely lacking in customer service skills. Ive been taking my vehicles here for service for the last 6 years and was always treated with respect and valued as a customer. Its unfortunate that Michael is your business first point of contact. After asking some questions I was simply told that I should take my car somewhere else. I found him to be rude and condescending. If this is his attitude with other customers (and there are reviews indicating Im not alone) I predict that you will lose customers. You have lost my business as long as he remains as your manager/employee. Its a shame he demonstrated such a lack of respect for your customers.

I cannot say enough good things about this tire shop and its owner. We blew a tire on the freeway on a Friday, late in the afternoon. Since my BMW has specialty tires, I had to have the new tires sent to Mountain View, along with my towed vehicle. Everyone wants to go home on a Friday evening. The owner assured me he would stay and take care of us and install the tires, even though we didnt even buy them from him. He got us back on the road within 40 minutes and we were able to continue down south on our trip. Not to mention the pricing was more than fair. A great shop! Highly recommend!

Mike was super helpful, considerate and attentive when I came in with my car with a concern. He was able to put my nerves at ease and handle the situation efficiently!

Horrible costumer service. Go somewhere else, unless u wanna pay, so ppl can give u attitude!!!!
