K9 Ballistics

Don't buy from this company. They do not stand behind their products or provide anything approaching a good level of customer service. They lost my embroidery order and then refused to take any responsibility for it and wanted me to front the money for a second dog bed to get it fixed. I am returning and finding a better company.

I have purchased regular dog beds and been very happy with them. However I purchased a crate pad for a young dog and immediately she tried to chew off the tabs and tag and was successful so I cut off the tabs that you tie it to the crate with and waited to use it which of course makes the warranty period invalid. I recently put it back in the crate as she is a year old now and better about chewing things, but this is what I found today. Very disappointing there is a hole in it and because of the size it wasnt cheap. I do recommend their dog beds, but I definitely dont recommend their crate pads at all even if your dog isnt really a chewer. For some reason she likes chewing this pad, so now I will have to find something else for the crate.

### Review update #### Earlier today I wrote a negative review regarding K9 Ballistics Customer Service policy. I am pleased to report that although their initial response was disappointing, they vindicated themselves by going the "extra mile" to accommodate my request for parts they do not normally sell separately. Kudos to K9 Ballistics for expending the time and effort to check their warehouse, and put together a kit of the parts to address my issue. This is a testament to the fact that they truly value their customers! #### Earlier Review obsolete #### The following review issue was resolved by K9 Ballistics same day customer service action. This review is not about a K9 Ballistics product, but their unsatisfactory customer service. I purchased two of their chew-proof armored dog beds. One flat, the second the elevated model. The only difference is that the elevated model comes with four 6-inch long tubular aluminum legs with threaded studs that screw into the flat frame. The flat bed model is upgrade ready. This morning I called K9 Ballistics and spoke with a customer service representative regarding the purchase of the four legs to upgrade the flat bed into an elevated one. I was informed that company policy was that they do not sell the legs separately. This short-sighted policy is a missed opportunity to increase revenue, and enhance customer loyalty. An upgrade kit of the four legs could easily be sold for a bit more than the price difference between the two beds to protect product revenue and support existing customers. The above experience has converted me into a dissatisfied former customer.

Got new grey bed cover today for xl bolstered bed. Pup is liking it.
