Telesis Physical Therapy is a great place to have your sore joints worked on.  The receptionists, physical therapy aides, and physical therapists are all highly knowledgeable and experienced with all sorts of therapeutic manipulations.  This is the first time I have ever had tissue release therapy also.  Most physical therapy offices will simply give you a set of exercises and some ice/electrical healing to focus on; however, when you come here you will be sure to get more than that.  Their physical therapists are trained in this aspect.

I went there for physical therapy for my knee that was painful and swollen. I was having trouble walking, and it was almost impossible to climb stairs. My Orthopedist referred me to physical therapy, in lieu of knee replacement surgery. My therapist was Bryan Arias. He was gentle, thorough, and professional. He was also friendly and very kind. I went for about 6 months of treatment. My orthopedist was astounded at the results!  I have been pain free and symptomless for 2 years.
