Persian Rug Spa, Rug Cleaning and Repair

Beautiful job and very reasonably priced. I only wish Id called them before allowing a standard in-home rug cleaning service touch it. Polite, respectful of my home and no surprises. Everything was done on time and they actually held it at my request to allow completion of painting in the house. Id never allow anyone else to touch a wool carpet.

My Chinese rug was damaged by a roof leak. Persian rug spa cleaned and repaired the rug to better than new and stored it at no charge until the room repairs were made. They pick up and deliver .This is the second time Ive used their services and highly recommend them.

Offers great services at a very competitive price. Fairly quick turnaround compared to other rug services I’ve used (one place took a month and a half!). Customer service is totally 5 stars! They came in on a day off to let me pick up my rug without discussion! Very accommodating. They also offer rug and tassel repairs. I’d certainly use them again.

We moved to Ventura in 2018, and during our transition we placed our treasured Qashqai and other Persian rugs in storage. To our horror, they were infested by cloth moths and seriously damaged. We contacted Persian Rug Spa in Camarillo, and soon wed arranged for Reza and his crew to inspect and bring the rugs in for repair. While we werent able to save the borders of the Qashqai (the repairs would have been more costly than the value of the rug) the artisans working for the spa were able to restore it so expertly that youd really have to examine it closely to see the repairs. Newly binded and with new fringes the rugs were delivered to us cleaned and expertly restored, ready for many more years as centerpieces in our home. I highly recommend the spa for its attention to detail, professionalism, excellent service and rapid turn around.
