Brandon transformed my running. I went from constant joint pain and chronic heel running to learning how to properly execute running form. I always hated running but he showed me I could enjoy it if I do it right. It was so painful and hard at first after years of bad habits but now I am literally running free of pain, confusion, and concern. Brandon is also very straightforward in his approach without being too in your face. Hes a great coach and practices what he preaches

I started training with Brandon before my first triathlon in 2019. Despite a mess of posture and endurance issues + an injury that had prevented me from running for years. Brandon was able to help me correct and work around most of my issues. Plus, He got me from walking to running 6 miles in less than 5 weeks!!!!! Something I never though I would be able to do again! Coach Brandon has helped me prep for my obstacle course races and is currently helping me prep for my first marathon next year. Hes a chatter box when we go on trail runs, which helps the experience be more fun. Hes also a great coach in overall fitness and healthy lifestyle. Looking forward in working with him more in improving my endurance.
