        Called asking if he patched tires. He said he would for 35$. When I arrived he said I didn't have enough tread on my tires. I had easily more than 3/8" and should not have been a liability concern. Other shops informed me they didn't want to do it but this guy was wasting my time. Take your money elsewhere for quicker and cheaper service

        They told me that I needed to change my low pressure tire ($300)... when I refused to change it with them, they took $20 for their "service."Ended up patching up my tire for $15 somewhere else.They take advantage of young women who might not know much about cars.

As you mentioned, we are able to patch tires, but there are circumstances after physically checking vehicles that some tires are not salvageable with a patch. Other shops would have also prioritized your safety when considering patching a damaged tire and this is why they also shared they would not recommend it.
