        I walked into the branch 5minutes before 4pm to open a new account and move my funds from my current bank provider. I was greeted and was told to go online to establish an account because theres 1 appointment waiting. I understand being short staffed is an issue, but as a branch manager I feel as if they should take care of their existing customer as much as their new ones. Im happy to take my business anywhere but chase.

        Manager is a liar. Tried to open an account with them and as a newcomer to the country, I cant provide a document with a proof of address so she told me to bring a green card. I did not had our green card then so she told us to go back to their bank anytime before 4pm no appointment required. When we had the green card and went back, they can not accomodate us anymore. What a waste of time! Do not try to open an account with them if you are new comer, they will make it impossible for you!
