I wouldn't even give a half a star to the Family Dental office in Canyon Country. Went in to get a new lower plate and the plate I got did not fit. The mold was not made correctly so the plate was all wrong. Wanted my money back or a plate that fit. I got neither! I have been without teeth since Feb 2023.

Dr. Libermans back office is not being managed properly. I just got off the phone with Mirna, and I am unhappy with her lack of professionalism. The front office called me months ago to tell me that my insurance denied my root canals requests. I found out that was a lie. I explained to her that my insurance has the history of all authorization requests from their office. For proof, my insurance is sending me the full history of requests to prove that no request was made for root canals from Dr. Libermans practice. This leads me to believe that Mirna never sent an authorization request to see if my insurance even covers root canals. This type of negligence has consequences. Unfortunately, I am experiencing toothaches because theres a delay in treatment. Aside from this, Mirna was extremely disrespectful over the phone. I explained my situation to her calmly, but she insisted to speak over me and had a rude tone in her voice. I do not recommend going to this dental office. We all know that a visit to the dentist is already a nightmare, but at this place, you wont even get the proper care and respect you deserve as a patient. I wish there was an option to give this office 0 stars. Goodluck to whoever reads this- I hope you find a good dentist that deserves your business. Please avoid this place so you dont have to encounter something similar to my experience.

Upon first visit was prompted for many up sells. Cleaning consisted of essentially a water pick and mouth wash. When I asked if they would be scraping or polish was told that was extra. Will not be going back.
