Marcel is THE BEST at what he does! He took great care of us every step along the way, answering every question or hesitation that we had because we are first time home buyers who didn't really know what to expect or all of the terminology. Marcel also took us seriously and always had time for us even though we are a young couple (25), which is not something that could be said for a few other people we encountered throughout our buying process. Marcel is a wonderful person and we can not recommend him enough because he really is the reason why we are proud new homeowners! Marcel was patient, kind and particularly responsive to all questions I threw at him during a difficult (first-time) homebuying process. He's quick to return all calls/emails and if there's a problem, he explains what's going on and how to solve it. You can't go wrong with this guy. He knows his shit and it shows through his professionalism.

I have used marcel in the past for my personal home and as well have referred him to my family and friend to help them out with purchase of their home.  He is very attentive with what we requested in a home.  Same day he has been able to show us homes and went out and beyond finding our home.  I would not use any other realtor and will continue to recommend Marcel to anyone I know looking for their next home.
