Loving Nannies-Premier Nanny and Babysitter Agency in San Diego

I liked this company when I first signed up to be a nanny (despite whoever was checking my background speaking slightly condescending to me). My recruiter was Wendy and she was amazing. However, after I left a family and was looking again I guess Wendy left. The new recruit I have is terrible. Its as if she doesnt read my messages, doesnt listen to what Im looking for, and I havent found a family since October. Id highly recommend using another service for other Nannies.

This is my first time writing a review but I feel compelled to share my experience with other parents looking for quality care for their little ones. I am a parent who worked with Loving Nannies to place us with a nanny. Working with Loving Nannies has been absolutely awful. We got placed with a nanny who worked with pre-schools in the past but had never been a nanny. She continuously reduced her schedule and couldn't work the days we originally agreed, eventually she quit without giving us any notice. Sometime there is bad luck with nannies so I didn't blame Loving Nannies, but after Loving Nannies received the finders fee of over $3200 with the guarantee that they would replace if the nanny left less than 12 months, they completely ignored us. I had to harass Wendy (the owner) on a regular basis but because she got the fee from us she was non-responsive. I actually had my husband call her from a different number and she responded and said she was sick and would send more qualified candidates the next day.....its a week later and she never sent anyone over to us. Long story short....it has been a very stressful process with absolutely no communication from Wendy. I would advise stressed out parents to conduct your own search and save yourself some money and a huge headache. I don't think Loving Nannies provides exceptional candidates and to be frank, I don't think they vet them that closely. I had much better luck with our first nanny we found from care.com who stayed with us for over two years! If you decide to go the agency route, choose another agency!

This is a great company. I recently moved here from San Francisco and they had several nannies lined up for me to interview when I got here. All of the nannies were great and I had a hard time choosing one. The owners are very nice people. I'm very satisfied with my experience and I recommend them to other parents who are searching for a nanny.
