He referred me to an attorney named Mike Kim in Carlsbad. I hired Kim to get an injunction against a co-condo owner who wired her condo to mine. Kim filed a lawsuit instead,  against my wishes and without my knowledge. Kim also  committed fraud and almost destroyed my life. I'm now left with a judgment of $900,000 against me for trespass because I lawfully walked on my own property. Additionally, Kim sued me for excessive fees. I paid half of those fees, yet the attorney didn't reduce the payment from an abstract of judgment filed as a lien against my home at the county recorders office. I no longer trust any attorneys. His referral has so far cost me almost a million dollars and 6 years of my life for no wrong doing whatsoever.

Ahh  He may have been good  at one time , but when I called to clarify my situation , he couldnt remember that I had talked to him a couple of days before  and that I had been a referral from another attorney .I would not subject myself to that .  No thank you.
