CRT Associates did excellent work for us, preparing our joint tax returns for this year and advising us on estimated payments for next year’s returns. Ernie and Robin are well versed in tax law and regulations and have appropriate software to deal with, for example, gift tax issues. Communication was responsive and clear. We appreciated the pleasant demeanors and client friendly preparations that made our interactions with the company very smooth. Fees were fair and reasonable, based on complexity of returns. CRT and more specifically, Ernie, is highly responsive and efficient. Ernie is highly capable of resolving issues with the profoundly confused California Franchise Tax Board (FTB). My wife and I received a notice of unpaid taxes for income she never earned or received. They made the assumption that because she maintains a California Broker's license that she earned something. Ernie got in there at set the record straight quickly. I highly recommend him.
