Montecito Apartments at Carlsbad

Im very confused by some of these reviews on here. Our expierence has been over the moon. The property is beautiful. The maintnance staff is prompt and amazing. As much as people want to blame the staff for dog poop, thats on the people who live here. But tbh, we dont see poop piles often. Ive seen almost all the trash areas and they are always kept clean and picked up. But I mostly want to rave about mindy, ingrid, and jay (thats who we mostly have communicated with) Mindy greets my 3 year old autistic son every time we see her by saying hey easton! That is in my opinion, going above and beyond. Ingrid and Jay have always been so warm and friendly whenever we go up to office for anything. This place has exceeded our expectations and its going to be hard to ever want to leave here Id take some of the reviews on here in with a grain of salt :)

I had the privilege of working here! The staff was incredible! The tenants were just as sweet! A great community all around.
