Bring your car here if youre willing to run the risk that will not be repaired properly.
Classic rabbit hole; I brought my car here to have its coolant system fixed/replaced after they built trust through oil / tire changes.
This was approximately a year and a half to two years ago.
Today marks the end after the system was/has never the same again, and they applied bandaid after bandaid til finally the engine broke down and has to be replaced. Had the car towed from the shop today, thousands of dollars later.
I just dont have faith or trust in them as mechanics, and believe neither should you.

Maybe adequate for tires in the future, but will not be returning for repairs. My car needed a new MAF sensor, they completed diagnostics and replaced it with a name-less sensor. A few days later the performance of my vehicle had not improved and then became worse. They wouldve charged me $200 for further diagnostics. They use handwritten invoices and I had to ask specifically for a copy. My engine cover was also missing after the repair. I replaced the MAF myself with a factory made sensor for my car (which appeared visually different than the brand-less sensor I had been given) and the issues were resolved immediately. I took it to another shop and the engine warnings had disappeared and my car was accelerating/operating better immediately. Went in to Big-O to be refunded for the wrong sensor, they gave me cash because they didn't have records of the recent repair. Doogie, in the front office, was understanding of my concerns and apologized over the phone--the owner did not apologize to me in the shop. Thank you for your understanding.
