I hired Matt and his team at CapForge to conduct finacial due diligence for a business aquisition I was pursuing. They were nothing but professional and once I had provided all the documents requested the final report was presented in a timely matter. Matt & team are the best in the business. We currently had a bookkeeping team handling our finances, but they were not doing an excellent job. We brought Matt & his team in to assist with cleaning up the books for many years past (which was not an easy ask). They were prompt, professional & knowledgeable with myself and my team in correcting our errors to get us on the right path. I am not exaggerating when I say that they were able to create millions of additional revenue/valuation for us that we would not have known about otherwise. This is in addition to offering excellent tax advice. You always hear the saying "the right CPA will pay for themselves." Matt and his team did that AND way more!
