        My work had an attempted break in, so I had to go in late, and stay late at night until glass breakage was covered. I was happy I got to order Mr.Beast burgers. When I took a bite of my burger I discovered a piece of plastic in it while I was chewing. Not the best experience, but that can happen anywhere! The food I would give a 5/5. The piece of plastic I would also give a 5/5, because it had the secret sauce on it! Thanks for making a bad night good!

        My "custom" Dream Burger was a nightmare. We ordered from the Carlsbad location within Buca di Beppo. It still had cheese on it, and there was no sign of the grilled onions that I paid extra for. The options to customize are actually quite limited. My boys ordered their burgers as listed on the menu and enjoyed them. However, when I called, Mr. Beast Burger did refund the full price of my burger, so they did the right thing. If you want a burger as listed on the menu, you'll get an enjoyable one here, but don't count on them to customize it.
