Thee worst dry cleansers by far! Brought in a Ann Klein blazer for dry cleaning. My blazer did not smell it was just stored and wanted to be fresh. I was told it would be ready in 3 days but Left the blazer for one week because their business hours are not reflected of their open times; they are closed even when hours say they are open! When I finally managed to find them open, my blazer reeked of mildew! It was horrific smell it contaminated my car with mildew. I immediately turned around and demanded answers, the cashier agreed it smelled bad and said she would return it, I asked what she meant? Appears they sent out the clothes to have them dry cleaned elsewhere.. after 10 days I retrieved my blazer and all they did was spray fabreeze Deodorant to disguise the mildew stench, Disgusting Expensive and gross unethical fake dry cleaning business! hopefully they get shut down.

Brought some items for dry cleaning. Upon return my Clothes smelled of mildew they even felt dirty. Will never return. Service: Eco-friendly cleaning

No problems with the service they provide, but I showed up twice during "Open" hours and they were closed. Hours posted on the receipt they give you at drop-off shows hours from 'before covid' - as was explained to me later. OK, so it's been two years... I'm told the owner hasn't been in for quite a while to change what's printed on the receipts?! Grrrrrrr

This place is by far the worst dry cleaners I have ever taken my stuff to. Not only are they way overpriced, they returned my clothes damaged and refused to acknowledge their mistake or compensate in any way. I really don't understand how a business could possible have this bad of customer service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I dropped off 2 items with a request they would be done in 5 days. When I went to pick up my items they were not ready and I was guaranteed they would be done the next day. The next day I went to pick them up and they told me it would be an additional 3 days. The lady running the store was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. When I finally was able to pick up my items they charged me a higher price than I was initially told and refused to return my items until the price was paid. Unacceptable the way this company runs their business and I highly recommend anyone considering using this place to look elsewhere.
