        Alyssa in Customer Service was awesome. She kept me informed on the status of my refund. If I was an employer I would hire her in a minute. You just don't find this kind of service anymore. I definitely will be shopping with them again for future purchases.

We had very specific needs, and while they didn't have an item in stock - I was reached out to immediately to find a solution for our needs. The team also insured that we would have what we needed in our tight timeline. I was also emailed personally when the item was delivered and who signed for it!! Unbelievable customer care!

        We ordered the Simple Elegance Window Box cage. I had questions beforehand that the company responded to very quickly and we were able to order a standard, 48" window box cage. It arrived quickly, and well wrapped. It was easy to install and looks great. Good quality, too. I'd recommend this company without any hesitation.
