The stay was very good. However my room was located next to a lounge. Of the five days I spent there, two parties were held in that room. At first the noise was annoying, but there was no exaggeration and it ended early. But at the second party, a wedding, the noise (which some insist on calling music) was unbearable, at a deafening level and until late at night. My complaint was met with "I'm sorry, it's about to end...", and yet it continued for over an hour. Total disrespect for those who are staying, working and need rest.
Rooms: Good and comfortable. But avoid it if you see that it is close to one of the rooms that could be used for parties.

Unprofessional security lady at the gate of Legoland , I was getting to enter the gate when that young security lady came with her angry face telling me do not flash your lights, which is, I did not, but she have a bad day. You can tell I told the security manager about what happened and they need professional person beside this un unprofessional security lady. I tried to explain for her that I didnt and she turned her back to me and she left ,This is not respect the customer they need different people.

Beautiful rooms in a lovely location. It was a great place to attend a conference.
