The owner of the company is liar. She priced differently on the phone then she came in the house and stopped the work changed the price to double.do not trust her But cleaner 4 girls were great and polite. Service: Standard cleaning

We have been having our house cleaned with the cleaning authority for quite some time now and from day one they have not done a good job. I have given them the benefit of the doubt over and over. The owner has offered to send the cleaning crew back each time after I complained and sent photos of how terrible the house looked but unfortunately that didn't fit into our schedule and I think that it should be done right the first time after an ample amount of times that I paid to have my house cleaned and they didn't clean my house. We finally decided to let them go. We also found out that they left a bottle of all purpose cleaning solution here and it was water. Although the owner offered to send a cleaning crew back the one time that I allowed it, they didn't do any better of job and was brushed under the rug. Service: General housekeeping

We have used them when we lived in another city. First time for cleaning our new house. Took more time than expected, but result was very good. My wife was pleased. Owner of the company (Hector) and one other person.

My experience with the Cleaning Authority has been awesome! They have been punctual, efficient, thorough, and friendly. They caught something in the kitchen that probably hadnt been cleaned for years! I love their rotational schedule, knowing that Ill get a more deep clean monthly. The owner is so easy to talk to and accommodating. The crew has been so sweet to my little girl, she loves when her friends come over to clean. Highly recommend!
