When I was about to buy a new car, I reached out to him as he was our agent to get a premium quote. I ended up purchasing the car only to find out the quote he gave was "incorrect". My auto premium turned out to be 3X higher than what his initial quote was. He was unapologetic and did not offer any solutions for his error. Not a great way to gain trust. Needless to say I found another agent who is trustworthy and spectacular. Go elsewhere
