        My service advisor (Alex) informed me my service would 2-3 hours. It actually took over 4 hours for only an oil change and headlight recall. I received a few updates but always promising much earlier completion. I had a 9am appointment but my vehicle wasnt started until 10:40am. Im considering other options for future services.

        Luis at Subaru Carlsbad was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did he listen to our every need regarding a vehicle, but he understood that a toddler and baby present meant we needed to make the process as efficient as possibleand snacks, many snacks. We received our dream car, and havent stopped bragging about the service ever since. We highly recommend Luis when car shopping. He is positive and motivated in reaching a middle ground best suited for our goals. Terrance, on the financial side of things was also a pleasure to work with. He was very informative without being pushy with all extras. We walked out smiling and will continue to be apart of the Subaru family for life.
