Joel and Kerry were such a pleasure to work with during this whole process- I dont think we couldve done it without their guidance and expertise! They both had great communication and were quick to answer our endless questions! Luckily they both really know what theyre doing since I certainly didnt as a first time home buyer! They have access to a ton of different loan options which makes shopping around a lot easier. Also, they have a home-buying program where they can also act as the realtor. We just needed to find the home ourselves (easy enough!) and then they help navigate all of the paperwork. With this program, they were able to put a percentage of their commission towards closing costs. Lastly, I'm a first-time home buyer. It will probably be the biggest purchase of my whole life, so I was very nervous. But, Joel and Kerry were very patient with me and answered all of my questions without making me feel silly. I would recommend them and this program to anyone.

Joel and Kerry Harrison did an outstanding job in serving my mortgage needs. They reviewed numerous documents and provided a wide range of financing options. Everything was done very quickly and accurately. Also, besides their outstanding service, Joel and Kerry are truly a pleasure to work with. One more thing: Joel also did an outstanding job as my real estate agent; he handled a very complex transaction with great expertise. Joel is as good of a realtor as he is a mortgage broker.

Americas Loan Advisors worked with me in getting a home equity loan. They were knowledgeable, professional and patient, explaining each step of the process. I am very pleased with my experience with them and would highly recommend them.
