Mother in laws shower wouldnt let any hot water thru. Set up and appointment online and for the next day from 1-3 pm. 1:30 they call and state it will be 3-5 now. Guy shows up at 5:30. Then asked us for an Allen wrench because he didnt have one that would fit. He went and got a new tool and then promptly said it was seized in the fitting and needed the whole unit replaced for $2600. Way over priced. I came back to her house and watched a you tube video and had it replaced, with complications, in 15 minutes! Buyer knew they will see you as money bags and try to take advantage of you! Original quote was $560 for a $53 part and 15 minutes? Never again will they be trusted in her house. Id rather fly back and do her plumbing than pay a dishonest company
