We reached out to Michelle about 6 months before we were actually ready to rent our home. We are new to renting and had many questions. She was prompt, honest and patient with us and kept in contact while we prepared our home. She helped with vendors, gave suggestions and was able to rent our home quickly when the time came. We are extremely happy we chose her as our property manager and feel comfortable knowing she is taking care of our tenants as well as our rental home.
