My husband and I cant speak highly enough about our real estate transactions in 2022 with Thor! Thor was highly recommended to me. Now, I highly recommend Thor. Selling a house is a process. Thor is professional, he is also great at communicating and explaining the whole process. I am pleased with his knowledge and happy for the open houses every weekend! Thor sold my house at a great price!

I can't recommend Thor Sorensen highly enough as a realtor. We are buyers from out of state. I spoke to several local realtors initially. Many realtors are pushy on the phone and some even sound desperate. Thor was very knowledgeable, calm, and a great listener. We only had a few days planned to be in north county San Diego and Thor made himself available to us to look at a lot of houses. He was able to help us quickly navigate through the listings and settle on the house we really loved. His suggestion to offer a little more over the listing price got us the house! You won't go wrong with him! 5 stars.

This review is way long over due for an exceptional job well done by Thor and his team! After doing our research and interviewing agents that can help us sell our home under our terms, we have no regrets in selecting Thor to handle our sale. We let him know we wanted a quick sale since the market was definitely shifting, but we also didn't want to give in on just any offer from buyers. After one weekend of Open House, we were able to get an offer and Thor and his team was available and ready for every counter, and most importantly, they listened to us and very responsive! We could not have asked for a better closing - Thor worked well with the listing agent and escrow as well, to ensure we had a seamless transaction. Shoutout also to Mica at California Preferred Escrow for taking care of the settlement for us! Everyone hit a home run in this, and would continue to recommend them for real estate services. If you are looking for an agent who is not pushy, who is responsive and truly represents to serve the client - it's Thor Sorensen. Awesome guy!
