Nadia and team are aces! We have worked with them on two different transactions and both went seamlessly. Recently we received an accepted offer while traveling abroad and Nadia's team was able to navigate the close in our absence by helping us understand the risks after inspections and navigating the various nuances and easements on the property all while keeping our best interest first. Nadia has always focused on the relationship and not the transaction which separates her and her team in the market - They are also just good people. We highly recommend this team!

IT DOESN'T GET BETTER!!! Nadia and team are the best of the best. My husband and I have bought/sold many homes over the years together and it truly does not get any better than Nadia's team. For our most recent sale, we were not even in the state of CA and Nadia and team handled every detail for us with precision and ease. Not to mention, we broke a record with the sale price of our home and got an amazing price! This is the team you want in your corner, they are experts in their field and go over and above in every single way. They will get you the best of the best and do it with a smile on their face. 5 stars is truly not enough for the service we received. Without question, I would recommend Nadia and team to any friend/family member looking to buy or sell. The sale of my property would NEVER have happened without Nadia and Anne. Living 40 miles away, I relied on them to oversee the required repairs and improvements. Their advice and recommendations were ALWAYS timely and once approved they were efficient handling EVERYTHING for me. I highly recommend them to you if you are looking for a realtor.

These ladies are amazing! I have done numerous deals with Team Nadia. They are responsive, knowledgeable and super organized. They know the market and have always given me the best advice...even if it's not something I want to hear. In my opinion, that's what makes them great! Plus, they like to have fun...shows they love what they are doing.
