I have known Michael Manfredi since 2016, and he has represented me both as a buyer (twice) and a seller (once). Each experience has been excellent! I found Michael to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the purchases and sales processes. Michael was both accessible and personable, such important qualities to possess for a person in his position. And he goes above and beyond! During one of my purchases, I ordered heavy, rolled up mattresses for my new home. They were delivered a day early, and he arranged to get into the house that day and dragged them into the garage! I greatly appreciated that my brand new mattresses would not be left sitting outside overnight as I was traveling from California and couldnt get there in time. His expertise seems to come from both work and life experiences. And he is trustworthy! I left my CA home in his hands when I moved to Hawaii. We had to complete the sale long-distance, but the sale went smoothly because he is so competent and organized. In short, I felt like Michael had my back as both a seller and a buyer. I highly recommend him to represent you to either sell a cherished home or to buy your new dream home!

If you are hesitant about auction, don't be! It's an innovative option that reaches more buyers which Michael screens their qualifications as buyers before presenting them to you. He is truly dedicated to this career and facilitates more than just inspections and escrow like the majority of realtors. Michael helps with ANY aspect of moving where you need help or have concerns He even helped connect me with an out-of-state realtor. Can't praise his expertise and professionalism enough. I wouldn't use anyone else! In the past I used other realtors but didn't have the communication or success I experienced with Michael.
