I recently got a brand new Subaru and wanted to keep up with maintenance at Subaru Carlsbad. The oil change took 3 hours which was 2 hours longer than I was quoted, but the guys down there hooked me up with a complimentary oil change for the wait which was super nice. Definitely coming back!
