I have been visiting Fourtane for several years. Although there are a few dealers much closer to me, I always feel Fourtane is home. Audrey, Josh, and the entire staff team treat customers with respect, patience, and most importantly a genuine desire to make customers feel heard. In a watch market where authorized dealers cannot fulfill the outsized demand, I deeply admire the store's business practice and core value of focusing on customer needs and relationship building when many other places focus more on immediate profits. Brands like Rolex and Patek needs no advertisement, and Fourtane adds the perfect touch in customer experience that I can't find anywhere else in the US, and other countries where I lived and worked. I am grateful to have walked into the store when I visited Carmel for the first time several years ago, and I am a customer for life at Fourtane.
