I have been a tenant here for about 8 years now. I dont usually write reviews but man I have seen this property come a long way with the new manager Dina. She is very attentive and gets things done in a timely manner. Keep up the great work!

A brief idea of what I've had to deal with in only 1 year: -Mgmnt never answers calls/repair requests (there is NO onsite mgr even though multiple sites say there is) -I didnt have a toilet from 8/1/17 - 11/24/17 -I didnt have a mail key from 7/2017-2/2018 -I still don't have a copy of my lease -They refused to do a move in walk through with me. They claim to have done one on my behalf before I moved in. -My unit was filthy when I moved in. Oil on kitchen backsplash, drips down the walls, hair in drawers/tub/floor/sinks cupboards/floors, stains on linoleum, cracked tiles, cobwebs, dead bugs/dirt in window tracks, dirt/dust/hair on all trim, food crumbs in fridge, damp/moldy cupboards along with hair/dirt/food. -Repairs to the communal/exterior portions of the property are haphazard, if done at all -The security locks for both walk up gates have not been replaced. Anyone can walk up to your door, car, window, etc.. at anytime -In the year I've lived here mgmnt has had to enter all units at least once a month because code enforcement has been called so many times by the residents due to necessary repairs not being made & unsafe living conditions. They don't try to schedule a time that's convenient for you. They post a "24 hour" notice on your door without even trying to speak to you. The constant scheduling to be home because they to come in with minimal warning is tiring to say the least. Then they often cancel without telling you (After you make arrangements with work, pet care, rescheduling prior appts, etc.. to allow them to enter no call no show). You end up sitting there waiting for them for no reason. -On the rare occasion mgmnt agrees to make necessary repairs, 90% of the time they are a no call no show -On several units the mgmnt has"spliced" the gas heating units together so that one unit serves 2 apartments. But they still charge both apartments for the full bill (getting paid double for half of what was actually used) -Tenants pay the mgmnt company directly for utilities. Thefluctuating amount is arbitrarily picked. But they dont provide you with any usage info or the 'formula' they use when coming up with the amount. I absolutely hate this place, which is a shame because the property has such high potential. The neighbors are very friendly & kind. The area in general is great as well, especially since the luxury condos across the street were finished. But WestCal is a corporate slum lord and make everything so strenuous for no reason

If you love gangs roaming around outside its a great place to live. Front security gate is always broken. Management sucks. Grounds are nice but apartments are showing their age. Not enough storage in kitchen or anywhere else.

The place is a dump. Rats in the walls mold everywhere no Water in the parking lot for your car. No Manager on site. Getto The manager that works here is an absolute Moron. This place has been sold and is trying to be sold again. it is a crappy apartment with no pool no covered parking No assigned parking space.
