Foxworth Apartments

Awful management. The on site manager is crazy. Takes too much medication unwilling to work with people. Tries to evict people during the no eviction moratorium . Property is dirty and trashy, and many theft incidents and stealing of cars and Cadillac converters. The property management is just as bad if not worse. He has a low star safety rating and is in many different lawsuits with former tenants.

So lucky to have found this apartment community! Eileen is just an all around sweetie pie. Its such a beautifully maintained, peaceful, lil slice of heaven tucked away in nature but still close to everything and anything we need. Home sweet home

We've been here since 2019, and we love it here! The apartment manager is very hands-on and truly cares. We plan on staying here until we can finally buy our own house.

I lived at Foxworth a year, and it was a great experience! The grounds are beautiful and maintained very well. There are big trees throughout the property and a little creek with many different types of wildlife. Maintenance requests are attended to in a timely manner. The resident property manager, Eileen, is on top of everything. Any problems that pop up she deals with quickly and efficiently. She is fair and gives residents a break whenever she can. She also throws great parties where the residents get to know each other. As far as the residents, its a wonderful group of people, and it feels like a community. Thats rare, Ive found, in an apartment setting. The residents are friendly and respectful towards each other. I had no issues in the year I was there. I always enjoyed walking my dog and talking to people along the way. Its definitely a pet friendly community. I always felt safe when I was out with my dog. Regarding the previous review about the property being dirty and trashy, nothing could be further from the truth. If the dumpster areas were untidy, the property manager herself was out sweeping and cleaning the areas. She also kept the laundry room spotless. No trash was ever left on the ground. My only reason for leaving was the desire to buy a house. If I ever find myself in the need of a rental again, I would not hesitate to go back to Foxworth.
