      image I have trusted thieve people for years but the guys they hire now come to my house and ask for astronomical. It was my birthday yesterday and I called and a guy came over and said 300 to open my garage and then said 2500 to repair it. Wanted money up front. Amber is the office manager who hung up on me several times when asking for a manager. She said I gave money away last time I had an installer here of 100 and she said it must have been another company and then later she sees it was Ben. She was unprofessional and said the managers are there when the they're there. Horrible customer service

Without our amazing team, we have nothing. Without our amazing customers, we are useless. We really hate receiving a less than stellar review from a customer, and we will always go above and beyond to make any situation right. We have exhausted all reasonable means. We rarely if ever exercise our Right to Refuse Service to someone, but in this case we are exercising our right. Simple as that. It's in the best interest of our staff. We stand by our work and our brand with high dignity.
