Shout out to Craig Diez for helping us sell our home in Arden Park. I had seen numerous realtor signs in "the Park" over the years but had not really noticed Craig's name on any of them. When it came time to sell our home I wanted someone to help us sell from outside the neighborhood but who was also familiar with the uniqueness of AP. Craig fit my criteria and we had a full-price offer in 21 days. Craig did a great job of marketing our home and was also helpful in managing our 2 large dogs during inspections and some showings.
