The Billing department doesnt know what theyre doing. Triple check your treatment plan before you pay. I was questioning things that did not add up. Appointment setters dont know what theyre doing. They booked me for services and the correct dentist wasnt even there Its disappointing because I had to mention it 3 times if they booked me for 2 procedures I needed that day and they said YES. What a waste of my time because that did not happen. They booked me and did half of the services and told me to come back an hour later because they had to go to lunch and the dentist had a meeting. Why book me during this time in the first place?! Also if you mention to the dentist you have a low pain tolerance, he will call you a chicken multiple times. That is uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. Who talks to patients like that? The billing department needs to be audited for fraud ASAP. Im still waiting for a refund for services that I overpaid on and Ive emailed Gloria M. multiple times with no response. Management, please contact me directly to get this matter resolved.

I was referred to come here after my last dentist location tried to overcharge me. I spoke with Claudia and she did an amazing job explaining everything to me. I highly suggest checking them out!
