The one star is for the dentist. He is very personable and kind. But i HATE everything else about this office. I went in for an emergency service and the surgeon was so rude! and they made me pay thousands of dollars for a procedure up front and told me that they dont give refunds...i paid it because it was an emergency and they were the only people open...I gave the office another chance since the normal doctor was nice and i wouldn't be dealing with the surgeon anymore....bad decision....I recently went here for a routine cleaning and exam. I called because my co-worker said that she went to this office and found out they are no longer in network and got a huge bill. I called in and. I was told that we dont charge you more if you are out of network. I STRESSED that i didnt want to pay ANYTHING for a routine cleaning and exam. She said i was fine and the visit would be 100% covered. I went and they started by taking xrays...they the doctor came in to do my exam and I then asked about the cleaning and I was told that unless i pay for fluoride, i wouldnt be getting a cleaning. That's not what i was told...I was shocked because i have NEVER gotten fluoride and i have never had a dentist deny my cleaning. I HATE how pushy and dishonest they are. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Im coming for their downtown location so far everything have being great they remind you of your appt and they are really attentive to you the receptionist are really cool

First time patient here, everyone was soo kind! I was greeted promptly, they were also able to schedule me the same day which was a huge plus!! I was given my treatment plan by Kathrine, I'm glad I found this place!

Man these people are lying on theses reviews. Theses people are horrible. I even got friends just today there teeth just fell out for the second time .it's ridiculous. Stay away
