    Everyone is friendly here and attentive. My favorite associate here would be Sylvia. She goes above and beyond to be of Service. Her customer service is what Customer Service should be.

    This hotel is gross, the room was cleaned very poorly. There were not clean towels so we had to go out and buy our own. Unfortunately we had no other place to stay for the night so we had no other choice but to stay here. Lastly the entire hotel says no smoking but it smells of cigarettes.

    My room was dirty, we had feces still on the toilet, hair in the shower plus the shower wasnt working properly,, mold around the sink, there was no trash can in the room, the kitchenette was dirty. We didnt even have a chair to sit the desk in the room. The dressers had dried up food and grease smears. If it had not been for Sylvia the front desk clerk i would have packed up and left the premises. Sylvia has went above and and beyond to make us feel. Thank you Sylvia .

    Walked through the doors, and was immediately slapped in the face with the scent of weed. Three men walked through the lobby with no shoes on and looking like they had just finished wrestling pigs. Two female workers wearing Extended Stay shirts were entertaining two customers. The women walked out of a room on the first floor with these men. As the women headed through a door leading behind the counter, the men followed them. The receptionist was VERY nice. She was Pleaseant. She actually looks like she should be working at a waaayyyy better Hotel. I got my room and headed upstairs. The room looked dreadful. Dark and murky. It resembled death. The floor was sticky, and the air was musty. I ran out of there as fast as I could. When I got downstairs I explained to the receptionist that the floor was sticky and the air smelled musty. She gladly processed my refund. If you are a person of class, DO NOT go to this hotel. Do not even waste your gas driving there. They need to do "undercover boss" on that place and fire everyone. Unfortunately, the receptionist would have to go as well. Because although she appears kind, she is aware of the conditions. They need to shut that entire hotel down and transform into apartments for the homeless. That area of Carson is beautiful. I've lived there most of my life. That Hotel does not belong in Carson. Now, I've shared my review. If you go there, go at your own risk. Nothing will have changed.
