Josephine Tan: Allstate Insurance

If you want to get a hold of Josephine prepare tobe waiting days to get a call through!!! She's very rude, not helpful & is focing people to stay with Allstate by taking the renewal money out of your bank account even though i have canceled my account. Been trying to reach her for weeks !!!!

Setting up my auto insurance was very quick and easy. I was able to get insurance within a few hours. Staff was very helpful and responsive.

I made the mistake of getting my insurance online through allstate and it was a mess. I was assigned this agent by default and it was a hassle to cancel, they gave me the wrong insurance, my motorcycle is a street sport bike and they gave me insurance for offroad. They kept saying I had to pay a cancelation fee and still pay the $250 deposit when I called the allstate number to cancel. I call this office and Vanessa was very helpful and helped me without a hassle. She's mainly the reason why I'm giving 5 stars, saved me so much trouble

Very nice people. They were kind and attentive to taking care of paperwork for me and my wife. They even stayed open just to help us. Plus the food next door was very delicious.
